A five-day, four-night, luxury retreat for women ready to reimagine what’s next.
You’ve led at the highest levels. You’ve built careers, raised families, served on boards, made impact.
You’ve checked every box of success - sometimes twice. And yet… a quiet question has begun to emerge:
How can I make the most of my next chapter?
This retreat exists because the next chapter of your life deserves as much brilliance, strategy, and intention as the chapters you’ve already written.
Too often, accomplished women move into “what’s next” without considering their own needs and fulfillment, instead letting obligations or other people’s needs decide the course.
This is your moment to pause. To step away. To reflect, reset, replenish, and reimagine.
Because if not now, when?
This retreat is designed exclusively for women who:
Have led at the highest levels - executives, board members, changemakers.
Are asking “what’s possible?” as they step into a new chapter.
Crave time away from responsibility to restore mind, body and spirit, and reconnect with themselves.
Are ready to dream beyond roles, titles, and other people’s expectations.
Want to share the journey with other brilliant, accomplished, extraordinary women who understand the weight of success and the desire for reinvention.
If you’ve spent decades leading others, this is your time to lead yourself on a journey of self-discovery, reimagining what’s possible for you.
"It is an investment in yourself at a time that you tend to prioritize everything else but you. It’s a moment for much needed downtime and relationship building with like-minded women – to focus on health and wellness and reflecting on the next phases of your life and career."
- Melody Meyer, EWOB Member/Board Director
"This retreat gave me the space and the time to do the things that I always want to do in my daily life, but that I don’t take the time to do. Introspection, journaling, enjoying the world around me (not with my phone). I would never have taken the space or time for these activities if I hadn’t gone on the retreat.”
- Joanna Burkey, EWOB Member/Corporate Director
“If I were encouraging someone to join a future retreat, I’d say it’s an unhesitating yes. It was a wonderful experience, and I’m so glad I gave myself the time. It will stand out as one of the best things I’ve done for myself. It really did give me a new perspective to reflect on and I would do it again in a heartbeat.”
– Nancy Freda-Smith, EWOB Member/Independent Public Board Member
“Lesli’s Dreams Reimagined Retreat offered a thoughtfully designed environment – blending group discussion, one-on-one conversation and space for personal reflection – that fostered meaningful connections and self-discovery. Surrounded by an intimate group of accomplished, warmly genuine women, I found myself inspired through shared stories and candid perspectives. Being fully present in a beautiful, nature-anchored setting – free from typical distractions and interruptions of daily life- I found a sense of serenity that created space for inner exploration, leaving me with renewed clarity, purpose and direction as I navigate the chapters that lie ahead.”
— Robin Davenport, Board director and EWOB member
"Say yes to yourself. That's the simplest way I can describe what this retreat asked of me — and what I gave myself permission to do. This retreat pushed me out of my comfort zone, and I'm so glad it did. Being surrounded by women at similar life stages, with similar backgrounds and experiences, created a kind of connection I didn't expect. The conversations were genuine, the yoga sessions were grounding, and even the dinner format — designed to introduce you to new people — was something I enjoyed and looked forward to each evening. I'm happy I did it, and I enjoyed it far more than I expected. What moved me most was connecting with other women who had walked through similar seasons of life. There's something powerful about being in a room full of people who just get it — no explaining required. I left with a renewed awareness of who I am and what my path forward might look like as I contemplate what is next. Do yourself a favor. Say yes."
— Sheryl Conley, Independent Board Director, EWOB member
"I've been to a lot of professional development experiences. This was unlike any of them. What set it apart wasn't the setting — though Costa Rica was stunning — it was the depth of connection that formed, and how quickly. Lesli has a rare ability to create the conditions for trust, and the women in our group brought the courage to meet it. We formed relationships I will genuinely hold onto.
The retreat is beautifully structured: yoga to ground you, carefully designed sessions to stretch your thinking, free time that lets the real conversations happen. But the heart of it is this — you are given space to examine your own story, alongside women who are processing similar questions because they've lived similar lives. Senior leaders, executives, women who've had to fight for their place and prove their worth. Women who are now asking: what do I actually want from here?
It is healing. It is perspective-shifting. And it will change how you think about what matters. I would go back without hesitation."
— Cheryl Blanchard, Ph.D., Executive Board Chair, Anika Therapeutics, Inc.
